We realize having your garage door repaired never happens at a time that works with your busy schedule. We try to make our service as painless as possible. Our courteous and friendly technicians are highly trained and meet or exceed our standards of performance. They take pride in their work and strive to fix it right the first time, every time. What to expect when scheduling a service call:

We schedule appointments in a 2 hour window that the technician will arrive at your home. With 6 full time trucks on the road we are rarely late for an appointment. If you are working or out running errands no problem. We can have the tech call you prior to traveling to your home so there is no wasted time sitting at home waiting for us to arrive.

What to expect upon technician arrival:

You can not mistake our trucks. They are completely wrapped and lettered with our company logos. The technicians will be wearing company approved uniforms with our company logo. The tech will take an assessment of the problem and provide an estimate for the repair and upon approval will begin repair process. During this time the tech will do a complete inspection of the entire system and note any issues and a safety inspection to ensure all reverse mechanisms are working as they should. After the repair the tech will go over what was performed and test the door several times to ensure it is now working properly.
