What to Expect at Your Repair Appointment
Before we arrive, we alert you via your preferred communication method: a call, text or email.
Upon arrival, our technicians will discuss the problem you are experiencing with your garage door or/and operator. Our tech will perform an assessment of the problem and provide an estimate for the repair. Upon approval, the tech will begin the repair or replacement process. During this time the tech will do a complete inspection of the entire system, including a safety inspection, to ensure all reverse mechanisms are working as they should.
After the repair, the tech will go over what was performed and test the door several times to ensure it is now working properly. Lubrication and adjustments are included in all repairs.
